If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your tattoo experience, we encourage you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any services that you have received from us.

Interpretation and Definitions


The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.


For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Policy) refers to WANDAL ART, located at 217, Longley Road, London, SW17 9LG, UK.

Service refers to the tattoo services provided by WANDAL ART.

Website refers to WANDAL ART, accessible from

You means the individual receiving the Service, or the company, or any legal entity on behalf of which such individual is receiving the Service, as applicable. Your Service Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your appointment within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an appointment is 14 days from the date on which You scheduled the Service.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel your appointment. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Service, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Please note that due to the nature of our services, we do not offer returns for the tattoo services rendered.

However, if there is a significant issue with the quality of the service you received, please make sure to: Inform us within 14 days

Provide a clear explanation of the issue with accompanying images, if applicable

We reserve the right to refuse service adjustments if the issue is due to carelessness or improper aftercare on your part.

Service Adjustments

In the case that an adjustment to the tattoo is necessary and falls within the conditions for returns, you are responsible for the risk of the additional tattoo session. You should schedule the adjustment session at the WANDAL ART.



If the Service was marked as a gift when purchased and then scheduled directly for you, You'll receive a service credit for the value of your return. Once the issue with the service provided is confirmed, a service certificate will be issued to You.

If the Service wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the appointment scheduled for themselves to give to You later, We will send the service adjustment to the gift giver.

We cannot be held responsible for dissatisfaction with the artistic style or ink longevity as these are inherent risks associated with the tattoo process. However, we are committed to working with you to ensure satisfaction to the best of our abilities within the bounds of our professional standards.


Returning Goods for Product Purchases

If you have purchased a product related to the tattoo services and wish to return it, the goods must be unopened, in the original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase. The same conditions for returns of products as mentioned above apply.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery for product purchases.
